Although it was only last week she planned on putting the brake on getting new tattoos, Avril Lavigne was spotted getting inked during a girl's night out. The Canadian singer was spotted with some of her friends at her favorite tattoo parlor, The Shamrock Social Club, on Sunday, March 13 night. 
It was a last minute decision to get the new body art since Avril tweeted shortly before tattooed, "Uh-oh girls day turning into girls night.... Should I get a tattoo???? Haha" She picked a safety pin design to be embedded on her left neck, just underneath her ear. To explain her choice, she wrote, "Omg..k. Here we go... It's comes in handy all the time, it can hurt you, but at the same time keep you together, safety first!" 
Avril has several inkings over her body, including a matching tattoo with her ex-husband Deryck Whibley and boyfriend Brody Jenner's name underneath her right breast. Brody himself sports "Avril" tattoo on his left arm. 
"I like all my tattoos, they all remind me of friendships, a lot of them are matching tattoos [with friends]," Avril told BBC Radio One "It's a moment in time. Whenever I'm having a really good time I bust out and say 'let's get tattoos'."

The joint tour actually has been hinted since February when Greyson and Cody shared stage at the Grove in West Hollywood for a special performance. They appeared together again over the weekend, March 6 when attending "Mars Needs Moms!" premiere at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood.
The tour announcement was made by Greyson via a video message and Cody via a live webchat. They are going to begin the tour on April 9, but haven't announced other dates. The detailed info including ticket sales are expected to be announced by them sometime soon.
Before announcing a tour with Cody Simpson, Greyson Chance has already traveled across North America with Nickelodeon songstress Miranda Cosgrove. He did a lot of covers of popular tracks in the "Dancing Crazy" traveling show which kicked off in January 24 and ended exactly a month later.

It seems that Miley Cyrus is not in a friendly mode with paparazzi lately. After confronting a photographer for allegedly hitting her mother with his camera, the Disney cutie was pictured having another altercation with paparazzi on Wednesday, March 9, when she was leaving a gym in West Hollywood.
Miley, who donned a white T-shirt and black leggings at that time, became enraged when a male paparazzi got a little too close for comfort. X17 Online obtains some pictures showing the "LOL: Laughing Out Loud" star going nose-to-nose with the paparazzi and unsuccessfully trying to grab his camera.
Previously, Miley was videotaped unleashing her rage at paparazzi after he allegedly bumped into her mother Tish when they left California Chicken Cafe. "You just ran into my mom with your camera. Don't you ever do that again. You just almost hurt my mom. Don't you ever even think about it," she yelled at the photographer.

While Jonas Brothers are taking a break from making music together, Nick Jonas doesn't stand idly by. The youngest member of the pop group has been keeping himself busy by writing new songs, and he recently shared with his Twitter followers that he has teamed up with Lee DeWyze for a song. 
In his latest tweet on Thursday, March 3, the 18-year-old singer revealed he is "writing a cool song" with the reigning winner of "American Idol". He also noted that Greg Garbowsky, the bass guitarist for the Jonas Brothers, also joined them. Along with the tweet, he posted a black-and-white photo of them together. 
Back in February, Nick told MTV News that he has been spending his time in the studio. "Basically writing and producing for other people. It's not for me or my brothers right now," he explained, before adding, "It's a big passion of mine [to write and produce]. You come in every day and you don't have a certain thing you're writing for." 
On experimenting with music, the star of "JONAS L.A." gushed, "Creating music is probably my favorite part of this whole thing, along with the touring. When I come in, I go with whatever feels right, a lot of R&B and pop leaning stuff [but older sounds and] infusing those sounds into pop music because there's no box. I can experiment. I'm really excited about the music."

Britney Spears will quit music and become a "full-time mom" if pop stardom ever makes her unhappy. The "Hold It Against Me" singer would be prepared to walk away from life as a recording artist if she becomes disillusioned with it and focus on raising her two sons, five-year-old Sean Preston and four-year-old Jayden James, her children with ex-husband Kevin Federline. 
"I'll be a full-time mom, which would be cool," she said in an interview with V Magazine. "I'd miss my fans and all of the love the most, but I definitely would not miss having my picture taken everywhere I go." 
Britney, who endured a public breakdown in January 2008 and has been under the conservatorship of her father Jamie Spears ever since, also claims she made the decision to step away from the fame game years ago because she didn't want her children to be subjected to it. She explained, "I think it's easier to let people in when you're younger, but when I became a mother I wanted more privacy for myself and my children. A life away from my life."

Mariah Carey has revealed she felt "horrible and embarrassed" after she was paid $1 million to sing for the son of Libya's Colonel Gaddafi. The pregnant singer gave a private performance for members of the dictator's family at a party in the Caribbean in 2006 but has vowed to be careful about who she works for in future. 
"I was naive and unaware of who I was booked to perform for. I feel horrible and embarrassed to have participated in this mess," she said in a statement. "Ultimately we as artists are to be held accountable. Going forward, this is a lesson for all artists to learn from. We need to be more aware and take more responsibility regardless of who books our shows."

A lock of Justin Bieber's hair has sold for $40,668. The "Baby" hitmaker, who shocked fans when he changed his signature hairstyle recently, gave chat show host Ellen DeGeneres a lock of his hair when he appeared on her show and she promptly put it up for auction on eBay receiving bids of $10,000 within one hour. 
The auction closed on Wednesday, March 2 with the successful bidder paying a whopping $40,668 for the tresses plus a chance to meet the teen sensation next time he appears on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". Ellen has donated the fee to charity The Gentle Barn Foundation.

This song is so incredible, I love Miley Cyrus and all the criticisms made about it is not sense to me!!! She's changing, and I stand up for her, because she's an artist and she couldn't to be Hannah Montana forever!!! I loved the "new Miley", and this video is fantastic!!!
